Entity FPS boost for 1.7 / 1.8

lunar added this setting for 1.20 + and its really helpful for frames. I get 400 fps around 100 players on BLC and i get 80 fps on Lunar.
Adding this performance option would help greatly for using the client in high player lobbies.
