Basket & QOL Update: When you purchase items from the store, your basket is saved, making it cumbersome to add new items later. You must manually delete your previous basket, and if you delete too many items at once, you risk getting rate-limited by cloudflare, which is a frustrating waste of time. Please consider adding a "Clear Basket" button to streamline the process.

Duplicated Cosmetics & Wasted Money: Why is there no way to see which cosmetics you already own on the site or filter out items you’ve already purchased? What’s the logic behind allowing users to buy the same cosmetics multiple times? While this might increase revenue, it also leads to accidental purchases, which is burning money. I’ve experienced this firsthand.

Cosmetic Profiles: There should be an option to create cosmetic profiles either on the site or in-game, allowing users to switch their cosmetics with a single click instead of having to do it item by item in-game.

Online Profile: Having the ability to create a user profile on the store would be incredibly beneficial. This profile could allow users to gift items with their name or anonymously, view other profiles, see their cosmetics and cosmetic profiles, and save outfits/items directly to your basket. It would also be convenient to save your email and payment information, eliminating the need to re-enter these details for every purchase. Additionally, features like order history, total spending, and checking the expiration date of a Lunar subscription should be easily accessible on the site.

Sales Tax Confusion: Why am I being asked to pay sales tax when purchasing with traditional payment methods, but not when I choose cryptocurrency? This discrepancy needs clarification.

New Arrivals Category: Please add a category on the site for the newest cosmetics. It’s inconvenient to click through every category just to find the latest items, such as a new anime collection.

Lunar Client may be the most popular client, but it also has the least user-friendly website I've encountered in the Minecraft community.

Hi, wanted to respond to these as a lot of them are good points

Manually deleting previous basket after making a purchase -> this is a bug, and will be fixed later today or tomorrow. Apologies for any issues here.

Duplicate cosmetics -> we don't intentionally do this, it's primarily a limitation of how our store is set up.

Cosmetics profiles -> on the roadmap, we do want to do something like this

Online profile -> saving email/payment info is something that would need to be done by Tebex, although managing it in game or in the launcher would be useful

Sales tax -> sales tax isn't currently charged on crypto but is required for everything else. Unfortunately the rules r/e when to charge sales tax isn't up to us, it's just legal
