blocking while mining a block with a sword looks cool but doesnt have a real sense however i would love to have that same feature for other items. f.e. when i am souping and i accidentally hit a block it wont let me eat the soup. same with blocks while bridging.
i have died on multiple occasions when i accidentaly hit and wasnt able to use an item because of it.
as far as i know when you are holding down left click and try to interact with something you are only able to block with your sword and not use a block, eat a soup, etc.
would be a gamechanging update for me.
