Tweakeroo is a mod used for rendering entities manually, like if you are getting lag because of some entity, tweakeroo can fix the lag. I suggest that you add the tweakeroo mod in the mod menu to stop rendering items if they cause lag.

IIRC tweakaroo does A LOT more than entity rendering, some of the additional things the tweakaroo mod would add could be an unfair advantage.
