Yes I already suggested it, but only the Soundpack and some people got it wrong so I made a new one

- This has already been suggested, please search in #1070121335902175313 BEFORE suggesting to avoid duplicates
- Most of the textures are already mods (Fire, Coloured Beds)
- The point of resource packs is for you to use your own/custom one, not forced to use one by your client
- It will be a giant problem for the staff dealing with 100s of people wanting changes, because nobody likes the exact same textures/sounds
