Motion blur ia adjustable in the settings tab of the main game. Forcing players to use it can cause visual issues, trigger medial issues/flares, and make lower performing devices unable to play at their full potential

Motion blur makes many people nauseous and also causes lag I believe. Having that option might not be a great idea. If they do add this then the actual Fortnite setting to turn off motion blur should completely override it.
