Please add the authority prefabs and galleries to creative 1.0 and 2.0

The weird thing is is that the Authority itself isn't in Creative, yet at some point the Agency turned black.

We also don’t have the ruined Authority from ch2 s4

We do have the ruined Shark pieces which have the same look as the ruined Agency

If you have UEFN you can probably remake the destroyed agency
