I think it is better to place the button here, and it is also desirable to make it wider as in the photo, personally it seems to me that it will be much better this way.

cool idea I had an idea to make a pvp horror game where its pretty much hide and seek but the killer hides and he has to be sneaky to take out people one by one

he would be able to hide behind objects and take them while they aren't expecting
