THIS IS ONLY A GLIMPSE OF UEFN
🔥
i have an idea but pls tell me how u did that
I had to remodel the cyber city buildings from scratch to even make this possible (the og models were too laggy for this much movement)
Essentially I animated the environment moving around the player! You can easily do it with the sequencer
Also I will be lowering the speed guys its giving some people motion sickness
yea but i dont understand wouldnt it reach the end of the buildings at some point how can you make it loop like that
Its a perfect loop trick I've learned during my animating days, the grid is super helpful with achieving this
If you set the grid to max (8,000) and move something by, lets say 4 spaces, anything you copy and paste around should move 4 spaces that direction as well
This will ensure it ends up in the same spot as the previous object
I'll make a tutorial once I finish up releasing the beta, its hard to explain via text >.<
I wanted to get into tutorials anyway since I've learned stuff i'd like to share
Okay tysm
can u ping me when you make the tutorial?
how did you exported models? I've tried fortniteporting and fmodel but they can't export materials properly
fortniteporting works perfectly, are you sure your blender version is compatible?
also I don’t think he exported any models, he remodeled them
have you tried any scificity building?
no
it's pretty complex material, i doubt it can export it
I modeled the buildings directly in uefn using the model tool so things went smoothly for me
I don't know much about importing models yet
