I think the whole point of alliance duels is to have the alliances compete for skins, really... Generally I do think there's player responsibility to bubble but with SVS there's a free 24 hour bubble if you save them from SVS to SVS, and you can plan for 1 Saturday every 4 weeks. With Alliance duels it's once a week and the time isn't disclosed with that much early warning. The players who would need the bubble are also those most challenged by spending biocaps for 4 24 hour bubbles every 28 days. If they issued a free 24 hour bubble with every alliance duel announcement, though, I'd agree that it didn't need additional shielding.

They did this instead though, which is similar. I think you'd still be able to get some rss from each of several settlements until they auto bubble, so you can still get something from many, just not everything from one or two.

We used to have the choice of RR on a Saturday or Sunday. It doesn’t clash anymore with Saturday events since they brought in the truely awful KOH.

At this point, the devs are basically leaving the players to self-manage. They expect us to essentially police and monitor ourselves and seem to have no intention on ensuring there are logical safeguards which protect players from harassment, doxxing, solicitation, threats of harm, catfishing, or even identity theft.
This leads me to conclude it's because they know they profit from these things being less regulated, so they indemnify themselves of wrongdoing by saying it's up to us to act reasonably and report perversions and abuses.

I don't hold the moderation team at fault for being directed to post broadcasts from the game or socials, but I can understand why other players may feel there is a soft complicity in doing so. I would remind those players that moderators have been pushing as much as they can but if they don't tow the line, they lose their position, and we have one less voice to help us.
So while it isn't an ideal position to be in, they're doing what they can. Please be kind to each other and focus on the real problem, the developers.

Observation:
March speed for infected is capped too low for the average SoS player after four years of development. Decreased march speed at capital and old town zones unnecessary when pvp events are not in session.

Consequence:
Players become bored with waiting to march to infected during events like Throwdown, where others will be grinding infected kills as well. Having slow march speeds on infected decreases satisfaction and contributes to player boredom.

Solution:
Raise infected march speed to a new cap to reflect state age
Remove march debuff in grey/capital zones when pvp events are not engaged

Then your state at the bottom

The march speed thing. I have a bunch of skins that increase it. Yet my marches to infected are always around 1:30. Never improving. Assume every time i get a skin it pushes intel out further
