What the developer connected to 697 state behind the scenes

1. 697 State says the developer never intervened
   -> False.

2. How 697 State got out of the lead
   -> The average player thought it was in the top 70 in terms of rating, but people in 697 State got information from the developer that it was in the top 70 in BP.
   Starting Saturday, they left the alliance and started killing people. And BP ranking manipulation. Manipulating state ratings using BP rankings.

3. A definitive answer to whether 697 State could have escaped the lead.
   -> It was confirmed that the developer gave the 697 state person an Excel sheet containing information about previous ratings.

4. What did they say to the person who gave the invitation at 697 State?
   -> 100%. We can leave the leading state, so we tell people who will come to the 697 state to prepare for state transfer.
   -> Due to the last rule regarding the leading state, most of the 697 people and those planning to go to the 697 state requested a refund. -> The developer seemed to ignore their words, but fooled the eyes of regular players and told them all the methods.
   -> In the end, 697 State took all the mega players.
   -> Birth of megastate.

5. What was VIP Talk and GM’s response?
   -> I asked to know the pre-state rating and the rating from places other than the leading state, but they said they could not tell me due to game regulations.
   -> It is still not taught to general players. However, the developer deceived regular players and sent information containing individual ratings to people in the 697 state in an Excel file.
   -> VIP Talk and GM's response: Since the developer did not make the connection, we cannot inform you due to game regulations. So, the answer is to ask the person in 697 State directly how he got out of Leading State.

6. Even though the game company divides the players and provides information and looks after them, the developer only claims that they did not intervene.

So if a strong player drops some troops to fall out of the 70 top player group, and a weaker player is used for scoring instead, this can make a significant difference. Especially if you exactly know who.

If they dropped their troops to exactly 1m each. They only drop a combined score of 164,424,000 score.

Well, those are pretty theories up there 🙂
But think for a second - we always had only a list of states. No numbers, no understanding how rating is actually calculated (only vague sayings how something “affects” that to some degree), no overall state migrating rating number (you only know state A is #5 leading, and state B is #10 non-leading), we never knew actual numbers and precise rating gap between states.
So… just for a second, imagine it’s all a fraud and all those ratings are manually tweaked by how state spends?
That state spent well this week? Down a couple spots you go. DYZ angry last RR stream? Down 10 spots they go. This state spent poorly? Up 5 spots you go.

Like killing troops and playing with resetting heroes and recycling TA or gems can give you +/- couple spots in rating, but those huge changes when state drops to another category within a day… ain’t buying that

30 v 30 with a whale on your team is no competition or fun cause you're faced with a bad matching system where the whale drastically increases it for your team.

A 5 person rr registration with somewhat similar registration is the best matchups I've ever seen in my life.
The 2 best rr I have ever played was one where it came down to the final 30 seconds for who was going to win... We won one and we lost one. It wasn't a walkover on either side. And we all knew the strategy and we're a very synergetic group of players. Didn't have to hold hands to tell them what to do at every second of the event.

I've raised this yesterday in the other channel, and since we have doomsday announcement now it is not a display error but they cut the summit season off two weeks earlier. Is FP planning on giving us compensation for the missed week? It's not the first time a season was shortened, extended, back and forth in numbers of matches left and played.. Last year they tried to “resume” the summit after Doomsday for alliances that had it ongoing. That 12/12 doesn’t say much to me because this time last year I was arguing with CS that it just kept going 13/13 and 14/14 and summit rewards weren’t right in the end either.

First, based on the info I've received, dev team didn't intervene the Transfer for any State, including S697..

I have noticed you've mentioned a few things, like whether the transfer rating or BP determines the leading state rating. It is always the transfer rating decides that. but your BP or certain feature truly has impact on that your transfer rating.

here is a brief note that is sent in-game Jan.12

1. Migration Rating from troops will be lowered.
2. Energy Conversion Units and Tempest Arms will continue to provide Migration Rating even when unequipped.
3. Chief profile interface can be used to check Migration Rating.
4. Optimized algorithm and overall decrease in all Migration Ratings. We never said troop won't contribute to trasnfer rating..

-info about previous ratings etc: i don't understand what does it mean, ratings in previous transfer events? what can we do with that after new transfer event is coming. And the rating for States is dynamic, especially during the transfer event period. that means, the number and ranking changes almost every day. i don't think dev team calculated the ratings manually daily and provided that to certain State people.

I have heard something about how some States managed to get out of the leading State list. I don't think it is from dev team, but people figured the way out and completed at a high cost.
