If i make a new account the screen ingame its worked no problem or issue, but when i ggo back to the issue only Iin effect at my old account but not a new account
One of my co-mod who had the same bug yesterday, told me that after clicking enough times he was able to access the base. How that can work for you too

Hey Mighty! Mouse wheel does to job, but if you're using emulator it's usually CTRL + Mouse wheel
but i strongly suggest you to use official launcher, it's much much better than any other emulators. @icy cobalt

Actually, the game signals weak connection since the big bug last Wednesday. Now i get kicked out from many new events (new since last Wednesday). But connection on computer is good.

Its a bug that happened a while back during svs that broke the game. Its also lag when sharing cords or jumping to said cords

Hello, does anyone have an idea how I can access the game? It freezing in the middle of the loading process and then gives me an error. iOS, I thought maybe i just needed to update OS, but it did not help. Restart phone also did not help. Repair game gives me 25MB update and than again freezing in the middle and ending up with an error. Same time old iOS phone is working fine.

It will uninstall and install your game again so loading time will be long, but usually it helps.

Does anyone else have trouble finding those three gold Tidal items? I’ve tried everything, but I keep getting every other item except those three. I’ve unlocked the MIGO Tidal upgrades, I kill the Kraken at least once per match, and I play until the very end searching for them, with no luck.
During the last MIGO, I found them early, but this time I’m worried I won’t be able to complete the collection. Support has only been replying with automated messages, which haven’t been helpful at all.
These are the items I usually get from just a couple of matches, several duplicate golds, but never the first three gold items.

no. that's why im asking here. none of our reports ever show that skill triggering once and causing damage or damage reduction
After checking with my co-mods. I got as information the skill actual work as intended. it's just that need further optimisation to kills and shielding in the report
this is a personal fight i just had in arena. 18 turns again. no kills/shielded again. i should also mention that there were no difference between before and after upgrading the skill in terms of number of troops killed overall. so its not working at all. its a dead skill that i just wasted biobatteries on

Yes, power or hq level doesn't affect facility and capital.
The error message you shared is the one you get when you try to do a rally on a settlement. So if you had it while launching a rally on facility or capital this is not normal

During the server update, I lost some of my cards and some TAs. I put 10 cards up for sale, but only 5 came back, and I didn't get any Tempest Arms back. The end of the sale coincides perfectly with the server being out of service

Is it normal for the Supply Rush to reset randomly? I know and saw the time, before relocating, it's 1 hour left and it disappeared, and when I look at the events tab, it's 1 hour and 59 minutes now.

I suspect the latest update may have caused this bug, my issues logging in occured the same day as the update, but it seems most people are experiencing this issue today which is is extra frustrating for them because of koth thus giving their theam a great disadvantage in scoring, my L2 got second place due to our biggest player unable to log in for a long while

After trying to login to the game which didn't work I said they should try on funplus website but it says:

Hello. There haven't been any reports on this but I see that the error is a binding issue.
Since they have also tried logging in from other devices and were unsuccessful, the only thing left to do is to contact support. You can do so through the log in page, fill in the details and and try to provide screenshots as well

Can not remove road tile I experimented with to check how it looks.
Consequence:
I am stuck with a ugly patch of road at a random location in my settlement.

Observation:
If I select a support hero (Courtney & Cox) from a fellow alliance member and do the the Exploration Trail 12-3, upon finishing the first room with enemies, the game says something like "Data Verification Failed" (see attached video). Then if you come back and try again it display the normal hero instead of the support one, and it still crash at the same location in the level.
Consequence:
I can not finish the exploration trail level.

If you have pc, you can download Android emulator (for example NOX or blue stacks) and then install older version from that website
Make sure all your accounts are binded to at least two of the options so that once we get bug fixed you can get back into them on your upgraded game.

This specific pickup point seem to ALWAYS confuse the automatic Exploration.. I've done it across 3 accounts, and every single time this "Exploration Template" route, with this specific chest/pickup point, it always gets stuck behind some scenery until Manually recovered.
@nocturne shadow unfortunately this has been an issue with the automated feature since the begining if you wish to collect all items you need to manually check the map before the pass finishes. It also will miss some rooms by taking short cut to monster.
So it is an active bug that's reported by a large majority and is widely known, and by your phrasing it's been happening for an extended time, am I correct with this understanding?
And the issue has yet to be looked in to, or fixed?
My main feedback: "fix the existing game before adding new crap please"
Missing obvious ones has been an issue with the automated so we always recommend that you keep an eye on it and check the map. It isn't a fully automated feature as you do need to end it and start the next round. The automation is more a feature to kill the monsters and zombies rather than collect items.
It would seem the latest merge of state #1311 into state #1297 completely nuked our alliance. The few of us who did not leave the clan are faced with a practically empty state, there are only a few settlements (less than 15) across the whole map. We don't know what to do.

I can't log in since this morning, I was online for a few minutes after the server maintenance, then switched to my second chief (just to get the settlement on the map since our state merged with another this morning) and got the Data error message.
It's kinda frustrating with all the time sensitive events and right after the merge when everyone is settling in the new state, sitting unprotected somewhere in the wasteland hoping for the new state to be as peaceful as the old one.
-it is not an internet connection issue
-I already tried to repair the game
-I also reinstalled the game
-and tried it on several devices with the same result
-when I reinstall the game, the game starts normal with a new chief in a new state, when I try to log in to my account the error message shows up again
is there anything else I can try or do I have to wait hours/days for cs to get back to me with their first usually generic unhelpful answer?

yes, I bound the newly created chief to a funplusID to test switching accounts, the new created account works and loads the game/settlement, but my main still gets the Data error message

I did try to log in on two other devices with the same result.
But the problem resolved itself somehow after around 7h and I was able to log in again, haven't heard from CS and the ticket is still processing.

State 1451 alliance technology not working for whole state. All stuck at 50members. Help
In state 1451 there is a bug in the alliance when donating alliance technology. Please fix this.

Hello, you can check if the heroes isn't in apex, truck, tidal, storm, or gathering. once all removed, restart game and it should clear. otherwise, could be a bug
