Essentially what seems to have happened is that the merge list we published was wrong.
The devs changed their choice of states getting merges, and didn’t say anything.
The list that was posted on the broadcast centre seems to have been removed, usually it’s just edited if changes are made.

The transfer event is supposed to begin tomorrow but again as yet there hasn’t been an official announcement.

Naturally players are extremely frustrated at not knowing what happening. And so are the mod team. We’d love to be able to help but we literally know exactly the same as everyone else at this point.
