I know many have faced this issue. But if you have checked and cleared all events and the hero is not deployed or out of settlement (check spacecraft too in case it was deployed as astronaut), you can submit a report to CS. could just be a bug on your end

you can also try clearing your cache and restarting the game. sometimes that helps too 🤗

Hello Hertnnd, the resonance are only two, the last one Rambo it evolve into Spec Op and the option on the right side is his spec op, who give the same fragments in any case but with the gene link skill

As F2P the only thing who you can do is doing the daily login and do your best to never waste energy and time on the dog production item inside the merging event, progression on that give you arrow for the breaking sky and tiket for the mega vendor, plus the jungle gem with items for collaboration event (arrow and tiket), you can also do the story mission inside hero precit for more fragments

You only need the lv4 of resonance for get the 100% of stats from a base hero to the resonance, if you want reach the lv5 it's up to you, but for answer to your main question exept what i've said till now you need also luck...

Yes is worth upgrade the pet to G2, but not the tiger, at least you have to go with the wolf, and if you are a f2p you should focus first of all on pearls for buy with them more valuable stuff who will make you a better joiner, so you can avoid focussing on other things, in any case after you've bought all the pearls in event who give them and also pet stuff, yes you could go for them, but not tiger / hawk / dobberman, they are the base-old pets and you should go with the new one, tecnically if you are full active and with luck you could go with even the panda (two orange of that), it will require a lot of time but yeah you can do it even as f2p
