As Lana already answered you, they are repeated from event to event, sometimes after the release of a new feature we get new additional tasks (for example, hero appointment gen 3 tasks). And perhaps it is worth noting that, passing from generation to generation, tasks also change (but most often new additional tasks are added in connection with the discovery of new features on one generation or another - a new hero system, additional behemoths and aviation, and so on).
And it may also be worth noting that SOTF changes the system after the generation 9 (currently starting from the 12th), limit tasks are added there
