The Cyclone Mech is incredibly powerful on its own; I've done a lot of testing with it. Unlocking its final skill would be beneficial.

It increases the damage of ally troops. So it's very good in any case, especially in rallies or while holding a building

So, the first skill gives a direct damage bonus, and the 3rd ability gives an ally damage bonus, which is why I said it might be beneficial to try it with a rally . It might not be noticeable in solo attacks.

Looking at the overall picture, if you're the rally leader, I think the last skill will be useful.

While we wait i checked the skills myself and it's quite normal the second works better then the 3rd one.
The 3rd one will work to enemies that got the scorch mark that it mentioned in the first skill.
So first the enemy needs that mark before 3rd will aplly to them
And the 4th skill will always aplly regardless from the mark soit will work better then the 3rd skill
