For Hunter, Lara is good option but if you manage to upgrade Sarah. She works too, It tested personally and there are almost no difference at all.

You have to at least complete two of the three achivment for WE phases... plus the achivment of unlock 100 perks in the path of survival in that WE plus all the common/easy stuff for unlock that crate...

a low small spender could do it, a f2p if save enough for win the SoTF in the last phase and score a 20/20 on SvS and a 10/20 on SoTF (if i recall correct that are the minimum requirment for make 470k of points during first/second phase) yes even a F2P can do it...

Let's put in this way... you need to win three events (not first position but high one)
two of them are against 5 states.... plus yours... so if you save enough stuff you have to do it on a SoTF then SvS... after you have a moth of breath for save other stuff and then do it for the last SoTF of the WE... isn't easy... but you could do it...
