Hey there. This bug has been reported a couple of times in feedback so hopefully it’s being worked on.
There are a few trouble shooting steps you can try which you can also find in the feedback discussion channel

When you get in the "middle" of all state you have to just move a bit and it should make you go on the place where the truck is, this bug at least for what I saw it's related cause you reach a truck in another state and the game loose the track of the place of the truck, i guess (if isn't clear it's just a my supposition / opinion on the matter )

When alliance duels happened, there was an issue where the old control centers would take up territory but it wouldn't show on the map.

Almost like having ghost towers be places you cannot see. It would stop anyone building in these areas and porting.

But, it happened in random spots as well on map, so even say some ACs you could be blocked from due to this bug.

I went on a long crusade about it here, nothing ever got done of course about it despite CS saying they fixed mutiple times and CMs dealing with it

for me as f2p biggest factor is if I get free bomb for bonus level between 10 and 11, if I don't get a free bomb, it takes 11 and half hours to get 2000 points at 3/minute, big setback
