I believe that there really won't be a transfer in your state yet, you have a fairly young state and the Migo season has only recently started. I would say if everything goes as it was before, you need another season for your state.
But developers can always enable an event earlier in new states based on activity, so check the event billboard and annons periodically

I would personally go for Maxing skills after that I will upgrade resonance lvl if I have unused materials.
But for hunters and riders , it's best to upgrade resonance lvl.

Goodday everyone! I am still on a quest to figure out how the formation and tactics page in battle reports work during rallies.

I checked several reports with over 8 aircrafts and in every single one, only 8 formation systems were dealing damage, no matter how long the battle lasted. Does that mean that the maximum formation systems that deal damage in a rally is 8, like the behemoth limit, no matter how many aircrafts there are in it?

I absolutely get that. We would try and reach out to the opponent and make a deal for not burning players. It doesn’t always work out.

It’s the same with SVS. We have a set of rules as a state we have drawn up and we propose them to the Governor of the opposing state and hope they agree. A lot of the time they do but not always

That’s where it becomes about diplomacy I suppose. When SVS falls at the same time as transfer (the following week) we try to agree that one of us wins prep and one wins the battle so we both keep our Governor.
It may be different now under the new transfer rules as the R5 of the 1st ranked alliance can approve or deny applications in the absence of a Governor

Not a farmer. Attacking settlements can be part of strategy to forcefully remove enemies from hubs and take them back. When zeroing settlements is the only focus though for the sake of the enemies getting enough points to reach the top ranks then I am not interested. Why should I spend 3 weeks healing and enlisting to give these people points?

I would also suggest you to pay attention if you are gonna make her Special Operator, isn't cheap at all and even make her reach resonant level 4 as Special Operator could be, pretty difficult / expensive, as I am struggling in that situation, in any case after you make her get back all her memories you will be able to convert 1 pills into 10 fragments for upgrade

I can say who it's a good move, expecially if you aren't a rally leader, going for other stuff who empower you better and in a cheaper way and also make a better joiner for the alliance

As joiner you can easy go with behemoths/companions, planes and formation, plasma levels for troops and crystal troops and TA, usually Mecha it's more a thing from the rally leader but if you want "give an hand" it's a good things but give priority to what make you a perfect joiner first, at least this is just a suggest in the end...

Things change so often with the addition of both new stuff we’ve never had and when new generations of stuff we already have are added. I would never be able to keep up with all of that having multiple RL accounts.

At least they don’t go to complete waste after starting them. You have to do either so many Intel and rallies or Intel and a PoW match to clear the boxes for the coins. The alts and the main you register the code from get the coins for what the alts did.
