On the last day of operation festival unclaimed frenzy officer rallies are not sent to the rewards stash.

I've been pretty good at claiming them, but this past time I didn't.
The last time I didn't claim them was February 5.

maybe people are mass repairing game and downloading whole game overloading servers

because 2-5 MB updates shouldn't be a problem

in my alliance many when there is "problem" with game, or simply want to update game, they do the repair, but that downloads whole game

maybe that is very popular in general

i only can tell you ultra skills are not worth the money if you not super max everywhere
