Per day comes in if you complete 3 trainings in a day for a building. So if you start a 4th no longer able to select help at least when I have done the micro troop trainings I have done.

So once reset hits you can ask for help again

I had done the calculations well to get to February to have almost a million free troops for the preparation of SVS, that would be a lot of nice free points. But sometimes I'm in some event and, touching the screen of my iPad, I accidentally touch the troops button. I was hoping there was a way to not ask for help. Not touching that "hand" above the troops is difficult not to do and I'm afraid that if the training of the 300k troops ends early I might accidentally touch it to claim the troops themselves😂
