If you mean general reso frags… I’ve seen those at bundles and sometimes during special events like Anniversary or Christmas there are mini events that may give small amounts of them. If you didn’t get them yet in your state group I dunno when you might get them tbh…, hopefully asap tho. I have those available in few areas across playing the game for a good while now

The come out in a server for a first time after a while they release some resonant, also in some box from events who last moth (devided in 4 pahses), but they are usually a p2p feature for little exception, like wika said.
The point is who now resonant come out at the start of a server so it's strange who you already didn't saw them, things keep chainging and changing for new server so we don't have a certain numbers of week after they come out...

Thanks to my co-mod, Aether, what you are looking for it's basically every gen till G6 they vauchers change, so you will have different vauchers till G6 for every gen of heroes, from G7 you will have the same vauchers for all generation ahead that (including G7).
G7 => G24 the same kinds so they can be saved between generations.
Again, this is like things should be, if the company didn't change nothing for new states.

Your battle power is higher in Nexus because during SvS (or any other moment) you got wounded troops, so right now outside the Nexus you have troops in hospital who don't give battle power, while in Nexus that troops are alive and without any problem they are giving you battle power, I have the same situation.

Well here is some advice towards a new player:

1. don’t use pearls on chief gear and badges they get multiple times cheaper later
2. Don’t upgrade aircraft beyond lvl 100
3. Infantry health and defense, hunter attack and lethality, rider attack and lethality matter, other stats like hunter defense or infantry attack do almost nothing.
4. Settlement defense is op initially and makes settlements almost impossible to burn
5. People here suck and are probably way worse than average be careful
6. Combat morale is TRASH. Don’t EVER go out of your way for it, it’s a trap of wasting and it’s just a matter of who wastes more and then makes a tiny difference anyway
