And if your alliance kills all the buildings in 15 minutes vs 1 hour.
Then it's ¼ that amount.

So, it's really not a concern who garrison if you're not at war over it with someone.

you should be able to leave and return as normal, just make sure you have your marches set before it departs

so what's actually required for going svip1, if someone vip15 has enough bios, is that enough? do you have to bundle constantly to keep svip1?

Svip is not worth it generally

Only slight benefit is some small stat boosts

But you need to spend to maintain

So vip15 really can be stopping point, frankly vip 12 should be stopping point for most
