Yes, that definitely true, usually operation festival work on deluxe sentinel, so maybe one day you could even get an Operation Festival who even if it's an old sentinel, would have that for the red gem, so it's a pretty good choice pick that sentinel who you are missing, I've gone for the statue of 6k of coin just cause I desired it and didn't need that other sentinel honestly, i prefer spend 6k coin on a statue like that than 4.8k of coin on a sentinel, too expensive and 4 different set in a single event it's a nightmare, I gave up on them, no jokes this was the worst anniversary event ever, you did good to at least try to complete an old set of skin than start a truly insanely expensive (for F2P) new one

You have clicked on the "Plus" and then you clicked "go on" for create the sentinel from the fragments, for reach that interface.
You have to clic on the little icon of the sentinel, not on the plus, if you click on the little icon of the sentinel it will show you the interface with the name, the aesthetic look on the sentinel on the HQ, the stats, the next level needed, the level of the star and then on the bottom right side of the texts the name of the set and if you click on it, the game will move you on the page of the set.
(For be sure I've just tried again the process and it work)

You will use this item for TA gen S1 who it's the gen of TA after G3.
TA gen go in this way G1 -> G2 -> G3 -> S1 -> S2 (this is the latest TA gen released) -> S3 (maybe one day)

I talked with my comods and in stages 1 through 3 you could actually get the hq skins shown by buying the pack in the screenshot from stage 1 but for stage 4 they made it a marching skin instead of the hq skin for some reasson and that's what made it confussing
