I been hoarding frags since I was able to get some with event coins or pearls (yr or two ago) or placed in event that whales didn’t go crazy on in my grouping. I have Angelica and have made her usable. If you plan for long term its possible but you have to catch it early enough.

Same went when Ultra skills for Behe became available with pearls via crowns. I have never spent on them and my behe maxed and my dino close to being maxed. Planning helps to avoid the fomo or the spending crazy in game.

It doesn't matter if you're the attacker or defender. You need an equal mix balance of offense and defense. (attacker vs defender only matters for who incurs more deaths and more hospitalized 😝)

You need to study your battle reports to be able to effectively determine for yourself, are you dieing from lack of defense? Or damage output?

Hero damage reduction on hunters is like adding offense in a sense, because more will survive each round to deal more damage the following round. So, adding defense adds offense 😘
But the question is, is that what's making you lose or not 🤷

At 4 it takes 100% of the stats over, that's why when it's under lv4 that it's not worth it to us them because it would end up making you weaker

It doesn't matter with what generation of hero you pair him with
