I still don’t understand tho how buffs get calculated. Assume I start a construction that takes 100 days. If I have 10% construction speed, the time gets reduced to 90 days. Now say I get another 10% construction speed, I expect that this 10% gets added to the previous 10% to make 20% total construction speed, meaning 80 days of upgrade time. If say the latter 10% works on the 90 days instead of getting added to the previous 10%, that would mean 81 days. Though, I have taken the latter situation into account which is why I am questioning the calculation in the game.

I am sorry but this isn't the right way to make % calculation, if the total amount it's 100 and you have 10% it will go to 90 but if you ad 10% of discount it will go to 81 not to 80 since you have to do the 10% of 90 not the 20% of 100, since we talk about days, hours, minute, second the calculation it's more complex but the base is that...

You can get the from the pass who you can shop or by ranking upp with points by levelling upp in the event (lv1 - 10 born from steel -> lv11 - 20 pact of blood -> etc, in that line you get some of that items too)

you have to count minute and second too and hours minute and second are based on 60 not on 100, plus I think they make a "seconds" whole ammount of number and then decrease from it bonus of % reduction by bonus of % reduction, but this is something who we don't even know since it's how the have programmed the game

20% have more influence of 10% plus there also should be find the answer to the question where that time reduction would be applied since are two kind of buff who work differently, like that 20% from the skill it's applied to the total number pre all other reduction? if yes will have an higher power reduction than that 10% if that 10% it's applied after other reduction flat or in %, like for example my Becca give me 19,25% of reduction on costruction

If we take it like in 100% , it won't make sense as % is 100 and can Highest goes to 100. But as I said this game doesn't work with standing percentage.
So let's suppose your training speed is at 0% and you got 10% CS buff, then it is 10% but not in 100%.
As it is complicated and still the %ages are going to increase with more researchs and other stuff. I can't say for sure what is highest % now or in near future.
So the question is how it works?
It works by adding new % with already accumulated %. Like you had 300% training speed and then you got 10% with CS buff, it's now 310%.

Today it's the last and only day for do the second attempt of guild trap, so if you don't do it today, you wasted it.
For answer to the other question... "why there is that 6 day time" it's cause you can open it the next week, but the next week there isn't the event so it would go off and be possible to be open but the event will not last till that day so you will not be able to do a third attempt, this is all it's just the devs left that coold down cause it will work, but the event will not be open cause it only last 7 days (during 2 weeks, so 2 weekly attempt of guild trap)

There are only solution, if your state has any other whale, he can rally him which will hurt alot.
Or try to transfer from that state.
Another solution is to blacklist them and make alliances to not take him , people can't be online 24/7. Then without tag zero them.
There can't be done much than that honestly.

Lana and Ni are correct. Attacking others is a core part of the game. To attempt to curb the behavior you can follow the suggestions Ni made earlier. Outside of that, there is not much that can be done if they are staying within the game mechanics.
