Hi, unfortunately there is no exactly defined time span between the opening of new states as a new state will open, when the previous one is full. From experience it is around +/- 7 days between the opening of the new state but as I said that isn’t set in stone. I can recommend checking from time to time if you can create a character in the new state, then you can’t miss it.
