No it’s always someone who newly joins the server and then instead of talking in the server they start sending friend requests to everyone who was most recently talking in the server. Then sometimes they send a wave or a hi message and if you respond back it’ll be either that they work with another game and are trying to find more players to check it out and will give you gifts if you do or they want to “make new friends” but can’t be bothered to chat publicly.
