I would like to add that a schedule in which sotf takes place once a month (unless there are substitutions, which are announced through announcements) exists in states with a fixed schedule (with a Migo / State Event). The new states have a slightly different schedule... The last time I checked it (in state that appeared in January), after the first sotf, it was about 5-6 weeks of the Alliance Duel, and only after that, with the start of the first Migo, did sotf return... But it's hard to say for sure, because the new states are changing too fast (something is emerging that wasn't there before)

Hey there. State transfers are only available during the State Transfer Event and that can take some time to get to for newer states and will only occur after each migo when it is available. We just had the event last week, so depending on what you're looking for, if you find an alliance or state you like, it may be easier to start a new character in that state.

Like Toke said (thank you Toke ), they usually happen after each migo event which is approximately 3 months based on past events. This may be different in newer states as there are expedited timelines but usually it's after migo.

The states you can transfer to will be based on the hero generation you have. So, if you have generation 26, you would not be able to transfer to a state without access to it
