Reanimation of summons?

Why isn't Reanimation available for Summons like spirit spearton? Minions? Selfless Sickles?

Lore wise for spirits, they aren't a physical body, they're spirits. How do you create a corpse from a ghost

For minions, theyre probably just magic and turn into a poof once defeated. Nothing to turn into a dead there

For selfless sickles, idk

Balancing wise

It would completely hard counter those summons

Because they're summons, not actually trained units

RoR requires pop and cost higher than that of a dead for it to function
the dead tag also has to not be there
