You said that they're not worth their cost, and then nerfed their cost efficiency even more????
Also what the hell does ripp having more pop than magiks but the same training time have to do with anything????
Spears and juggs have the same training time but juggs have more pop and cost more gold
2 spears have the same pop as a giant but take 6 less seconds to train

well it could use a minor hitbox nerf but a health boost to compensate for that

ripriders are one of the worst tanks in terms of health divided by cost
speartons for example are 450 health and 450 gold in addition to their block ability
juggerknights are 500/500
giants are 1100/1500 but monstrosity upgrade makes up for it

Rip rider sucks against tanks supported by ranged units... I mean this is basically the answer to everything except for that dumb ass archer wall.
They're not fine
ripriders have very high speed which contributes to their survivability
They're also so damn fat that you simply can't have other stuff cover for them
Also you can't garrison ripps
That automatically throws ripps survivability down by a massive amount
Also low survivability is expected for a tank unit
After all, they're meant for tanking the enemy DPS
Just so you know, out of the three main tanks, ripps have the worst HP to cost ratio
Even if you take spears and juggs mana cost into consideration, ripps still have the worst HP to cost ratio
Speartons after wave after wave of taking on archer spams
Rip riders are good for stalling to an extent.
Sure early game they can be annoying, but the price for that is enemy early game transition into mid or late game could be difficult
Tbh that's mostly what ripps are compared to the two other main tanks
Unlike juggs and spears, they can't really tank that well, but they have a goddamn massive hitbox and their movement speed + AI means that your DPS units aren't going to be taking much damage
Ripriders are not like giants
Giants are used to clear tanks
Ripriders are used to distract the enemy's backlines
They are not like tanks
If they can even get there

That's honestly the second biggest reason why they're not as tanky as the other two

Distracting the enemy backline is what a tank does
That's how they keep the enemy backline from targeting your backline
Give rip riders ranged attack... Armoury level 1 adds a archer to the back of the the rip rider.

The only nerf they need is less speed
