Cryomancy
- The Frostbite will send a continous blast of ice at the target unit within TDead range. The blast will apply 1% slowness every 0.5s accompanied by 1 point of damage. (2% Slow + 2 DMG per second)
- Slowness decays by 10% every 1s when not being attacked by the cryomancer or inflicted with other slowness effects.
- When an enemy reaches 100% slowness, they become frozen. Becoming invincible but cannot be moved. They stay frozen for 5 seconds.

- Always Usable: The ability can be used regardless what the frostbite is experiencing. Stun, Using basic attack, etc.
- The Frostbite shatters all frozen units. Dealing 20% of their current health. If there are no frozen units, applies 35% slowness to all units being slowed down by a cryomancer.
