Honestly, this is about 80% of all ragebait in the game itself. Man now that most generals are p2w, why do CJ gotta make his game into a carbon copy of clash Royale just for it to be fcking worse.

Archis
Tbf, archis is prob the most skilled general to use, and balance wise he is actually really solid. It’s just that archis just happened to fall victim to those stupid bitchu players. There are two types of Archis players: the one who completely understand how Archis works and bring him to his full potential, or the one that first uses him and say “fck this sht imma simp for bitchu instead”. Now that I know that, no wonder why he started his villain arc in the campaign by sending his Michael Jackson moonwalking archidons at Kytchu, that is really understandable now. I really felt bad for Archis for not being able to be in the spotlight like other generals, so for now I won’t change anything for him. Speaking of bitchu-

Kytchu
I hate u. Not just me but also the entire population of China and India combined. Every single time she uses that volley ability, this sht gives me OCD, PTSD and mental instability. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw that dog water ability was “AC130 from above” that even Wrathnar’s one can’t compete against. Not only that, apparently CJ thinks that wasn’t enough and also give Kytchu the John Wick dna by giving her a literal shotgun. Overall, Kytchu has AID stats, AID abilities, AID gameplay and ofc AID lore. Like if u think main characters have a lot of plot armor, u haven’t seen Kytchu at all. I rather deal with more of those stupid ostriches that run at light speed to ragebait me than dealing with this degenerate psychopath of a general. Kytchu should 100% be deleted and no one will bat an eye.

Xiphos
The day that we see this general become meta is the day that GTA 95 will prob release. Like it shouldn’t be that hard for CJ to make him an actual good general. Ik that isn’t really Xiphos’s fault, but let’s be real: a general made for dueling is prob not a good idea. In any match when u tried to take him out to a 1v1, u are literally almost guaranteed to get jumped by at least 5 ppl min. Yea, it still is a good general, but it is made for nobody.

A good Archis players low-key a once in a blue moon sighting in lower ranks

High up you can totally locate a few tho

hitting leap and bladebreakers is pretty skillful instead of just headshots and dodge

Problem is hitting headshots

Takes a lot more time to learn then getting leaps

Blade breaks are hard but you just gotta use it at certain times, exploiting giants,crawlers, mages, bombers, and possibly kytchus volley

but I had a much faster time learning archis than xiphos tbh

Xiphos was harder to make a good deck with & has lower elo potential. Maybe this update will change things bc of vamp. Does anyone know if his 400 bonus dmg hits work with vamp? Bc that should be giving him like 75hp.

Atreyos: revert back to pre-rework but with different stats such as cheaper but weaker stand in and less HP, about 600, could also go for 500-550 HP in exchange for a bit of healing
Kytchu: fck splitfire, nerf the archer passives, remove statue volley, maybe damage down to 25+5H too to avoid power creep with the spear generals
Archis: no dodge roll on tether and less HP
Spearos: nerfed damage to 25+5L, less damage on deep freeze but better freeze, being able to affect eclipsors, could also nerf HP in exchange for healing, also delete surge
Xiphos: either rework to be more of a swordwrath general or just straight up nerf bladebreak and his HP, also should have his own healing too
Wrathnar: rework lava quake for less AOE more damage

While I agree that generals should change the outcomes of matches as they are basically the unit version of mythics, they currently change the outcome too much

Xiphos hp was definitely too low at 500. Majority of popular units do bonus light dmg so sword generals are especially vulnerable

600 makes sense

Xiphos needed merics to be effective in my experience which isn't exactly tankiness

I tried a lot of non meric decks and failed

My cgiant deck has deal with kytchu spearcher and crawl jugg with wrathnar for a while and I’m fine dealing with them

but yea some specific generals are nearly impossible to deal with without another

I can say marrowkai is way more dangerous than one entire spearcher deck variant

Him reap my cgiants gives me more trouble than having 10 speartons charging right at me

This is what my cgiant decks has been doing against generals so far:

Archis - my archidon line kills him pretty quickly to avoid trapping my cgiants

Kytchu - really tanky to survive volley and also block them with big hitbox (and same fate as Archis)

Atreyos/Xiphos/Wrathnar/Spearos - the moment they went into the cgiant hit range, it’s either stun lock or they dies to DPS instantly. Xiphos might be able to bladebreak but the constant cgiant attacks will make it hard for him to move. Spearos can slow them but then the archidon dps can wipe him out in a second

Marrowkai/Thera/Zarek/Magis - out of all these, Zarek is definitely the strongest when it’s against my cgiant deck here. But even then if I can kill him quick enough with my archidon line, the rest of the enemy will perish. All of these slow generals couldn’t run, so they archidon will pick them off.

Sicklebear I haven’t faced so idk about that

Forgot to add this in for the melee generals:

if it is Wrathanr/xiphos, then they will die to the archidon dps. If its Atreyos/Spearos, then they will dies to cgiant dmg

So yea I’ve managed to do good with a generalless deck

And yes for dealing against archer generals, I do uc my archidon to snipe them

Marrowkai is a B Tier general. He fit a niche of unit disruptive while supporting your frontline with dead reinforcement and some decent crowd control with hell fist that can turn deadly with total toxicity.
