80% damage reduction from light projectiles
40% damage reduction from heavy projectiles
45% damage reduction from light attacks
35% damage reduction from heavy attacks

The effect disappears when phalanx position was ruined from knockback/CC
The effect disappears when one spearton was not in the position (knockdown)

20% chance backline spearton will throw spear when in perfect phalanx

Spearthrow chances increase to 80-90% with Atreyos stand ability in phalanx positionboost last for 60 seconds after that it will revert back to its original number which is 20%

Front and backline speartons switch position after the spear throw
Those with spears switch from front to back while those without spears on the back switches to front position

While in phalanx, spearton get +6 damage buff.
Damage buff decreases by percent the more HP enemy has.
Damage buff decrease will stop at +3 damage buff when the enemy has 1000 HP
