Just like in Stick War: Legacy's Endless Nights game mode, there should be different types of Deads when killing and turning (via Rune of Reanimation) special units into zombies.
Lorewise, the reanimated will have special traits related to what they were before they died
For example,
Crawlers can become riser deads because they.. dig, I guess.
Shadowraths can can come back as the pouncing zombies from SW:L where they stun the first unit they jump onto.
Speartons can come back as Spearton Deads like in Sw:L where they have extra health.
Just like defeating an infected Giant, this lets Rune of Reanimation based decks be rewarded better for killing expensive units.
