but the fact the generals can be bought permanently kinda negates that while giving the devs some cheap cash

i have this ingenius idea on how to add ads without it being annoying
just having it be tied to a little button if pressed an ad plays and that is it's only purpose
the button can just be a play button with the word ad

advertisers pay money to have their ad on your game but players have to go out of their way to watch those ads

it's cheap money again but it's not scamming the players but rather it's scamming the advertisers
