Stick war saga legacy achievement bug

It won't let me complete the Legacy achievement I think it's probably Counting the upgrade the thing at the end of your deck as a card so it's messing up the achievement making it faint but oh hey he's using a never card besides the Legacy cards so we ain't going to give him the achievement and this has not been fixed and it's been a problem for like a month now developers please fix please and thank you

No, it isn't counted as a card if I'm not mistaken, but you can't do any upgrades
