Add sperton deads and junggerdeads

added 2 new deads variants that can appear when spearton or junggerknight dies from being poisoned by RoR, both have the same health and the same damage which is 285 health and 8 damages, junggerDeads are a separate variant of spearton Deads although their health is the same

Pros: has a lot of health which can be used to protect weaker units.

Disadvantages: can only appear by RoR, cannot be controlled

junggerknight doesn't have a deads tag which means he can be spawned by RoR and it wouldn't make sense for a dead junggerknight to spawn as a sperton deads so i made a junggerknight variant

We all know that the juggerknight is a skeleton, so why is there some dead kind of it?

Is it about Stick War 2:Order Empire? Frankly, I don't know.
