learning languages is the most accurate, some things are more nuanced. I also use tons of slang and abbreviations which are troublesome for any translator but if I need to learn some basic things I try to watch a video from tiktok/rednote/youtube or whatever as humans are the best translator for any language that doesnt use a common root.
for short google translate is ok though
