When affecting unit that has mana it increase the unit cooldown from 20 second > 25 second, But if the unit doesn't have mana it straight up lowering defense & damage by -2 (max stack is -4)

For aggro, I thought of the ability where you can force enemy units out of garrison by taunting them

I'm not sure how it'd work in battle though for large skirmishes
