Shoot a single 20dmg 3aoe missile in meric range that takes 4.5 seconds to land on the target. Cant hit air. 15 CD.
Can be cast while other abilities are being casted.

Banish
Shoot an continuous lightning beam for 5 seconds. Per half second do 5 damage, 1 voltaic, and apply 1 jugg knock back. Can only hit one unit. Can be interupted when stunned. Goes up to catapult Egiant range. 10 CD
