Rework to all the Volatic Stuff. Voltaic Armor was changed to make the enchant you want to bring to either get some DoT on backlines, or use it to make giant chains for either Storm or Tesla Coil. Previously, if you wanted giant chains for Voltaic spells you had to use Ripriders, as the Voltaic reflect did not work on ranged units. Now it will work for every unit. Voltaic Spark was changed to make it more of a concerated chain. Tesla got nerfs to it's single target damage. Storm remains about the same.
**Voltaic Armor - 🔄 / ⬇️ **
- No longer applies Voltaic Charge when hit by enemy melee units. ⬇️
- Attacks no longer applies Voltaic Charge. ⬇️
- Voltaic Charge duration decreased to 8 seconds. ⬇️
- If enemy touches unit hitbox for 3 or more seconds, Voltaic Charge is applied. ⬆️
**Voltaic Spark - ⬇️ **
- Duration decreased to 5 seconds. ⬇️
**Tesla Coil - ⬇️ **
- No longer can deal single target AND chain target damage at the same time. ⬇️
- No longer applies/reset duration of Voltaic Spark. ⬇️
- Single target damage increased from 50 to 65. ⬆️
- Chain damage is dependent on how strong the Voltaic Charge is. If the Voltaic Charge has a strength of 1 (deals 1 damage every tick, so what Voltaic Armor applies) the chain damage is 25. If the Voltaic Charge has a strength of 2 (deals 2 damage every tick, so what Voltaic Spark applies) the chain damage is 36. 🔄
**Lightning Storm - 🔄 / ⬆️ **
- No longer can deal single target AND chain target damage at the same time. ⬇️
- No longer applies/reset duration of Voltaic Spark. ⬇️
- Single target damage increased from 18 to 34. ⬆️
- Chain damage is dependent on how strong the Voltaic Charge is. If the Voltaic Charge has a strength of 1 (deals 1 damage every tick, so what Voltaic Armor applies) the chain damage is 14. If the Voltaic Charge has a strength of 2 (deals 2 damage every tick, so what Voltaic Spark applies) the chain damage is 22. ⬆️
