If the player or enemy has already controlled the Center tower level 4, why doesn't he use the tower to attack the statue?

Doesn't matter what tower u have
The only thing that could still dmg statues @ that point would be tower zap or Kytchu volley occasionally
Players prolly will just turtle units in garrison while the meteors strike. It looks like the player w/ the strongest eco would win, not necessarily the strongest army
So a lot of early game decks would do well?
I imagine both sides either go for suicide attacks or just garrison before the showers
