"Changes to make Shadowrath a more assassin like unit by increasing their early game power but decreasing their late game power, since there is no way to make Shadowrath an assassin unit for late game without adding shibinoi or a total rework in all their stats."

  • Parry cooldown increased from 4 seconds to 6 seconds. ⬇️
  • Damage decreased from 14 (+5 light) to 12 (+8 light). ⬇️
  • Cost decreased from 450/150 to 350/150. ⬆️

Riprider - ⬇️
"Tanking power is crazy for the cheap cost."

  • Cost increased from 750/0 to 800/0. ⬇️
  • Hitbox horizontal size decreased by 15%. ⬇️

TEMPLE (UPGRADE) - ⬇️

  • Tier 1 changed from 25% reduction in unit cooldowns to 15% reduction in unit cooldowns. ⬇️
  • Tier 2 changed from 50% reduction in unit cooldowns to 30% reduction in unit cooldowns. ⬇️

Simply giving them more anti-light potential and reworking parry for better assassination potential:

Shadows are more of assassins for high value units such as magikill, which aren't used much, so even if they had more assassination potential without Shinobi, they still wouldn't be worth bringing outside of using them as DPS monsters

What about giving them more range vertically

That way it'd be possible to UC ignore abuse + standing a bit below the enemy backline units to assassinate enemy units, and there would still be a way to save some of your backline units from guaranteed death with army controls

At least with archidons, you have kytchu, scorch, and other stuff to kill/do decenet damage to the archidons

With shadowrath being protected by riprider, you have no way to deal decent damage to shadow with killing the ripp

And shadows do not do reduced damage to statue

#

So they still destroy it even with the fixate nerf on statue

For example: No upgrades, fixate would be 6 damage

Forge 1: Fixate would be 6 damage still
