Forge:
Level 1 now give a flat 1 damage increase
Level 1 cost to 100 mana
Lvl 2 will no longer round up the damage (this is to avoid things like 13 damage archidons and 6 damage crawlers)

Barracks:
Level 1 to 10% training bonus
Level 1 to 100 mana
Level 2 to 25% training bonus
Level 2 to 250 mana

Temple:
Re-added ability cooldowns
Spell cooldowns to 10/15%
Ability cooldowns to 12/20%

Secret tunnel:
Changed from T2 to B1 and S1 (temple 2 to barracks 1 and bastion 1)

Monstrosity:
Health bonuses to 25/50%
Separate queue moved to level 1

Castle archer:
Damage to 20(+15H)
Splash damage removed

It's meant to give early game units an advantage in scaling for rush without making late-game scaling bad

I like the temple a lot, thats a good way to balance it by distributing the effects to two things, it does solve two problems with one solution
