finally a train time reduction
They're meant to be used in groups and swarms to overwhelm enemies with their splash, but how are you supposed to do that if they're not built to be spammed?

Because then they would be doing 1.4 or 1 damage to light units with splash
And 6 heavy damage????

They do more then 1 splash damage to light units
I'll get to Light Units.
But am I correct in saying they do 1 Damage Splash to Heavy Units???

I know they do, they do 3 Damage Splash to Light Units.
That's because of the goofy way Splash is calculated

I swore they fixed the bug where splash does not take in account of bonus damage and adds it after
