Deads are way to slow and can be picked off easy during a attack ,retreat etc. and also deads need their own tank and non general spell caster etc.
(Spearton Deads,Deadkai,Vole Deads)

Im also suggesting that deads have varying speeds
Some will be fast ,some slow ,some medium speed so they all won't be picked off at once

Example:
Normal deads: Slow ,medium,fast
Vole Deads: Fast
Tdeads: slow -medium
Spearton Deads:slow-medium
Deadkai: Medium
