Damage to 20
Attack speed to 1.7777 (11.25 DPS)
Jugg charge can now stun only one unit
Jugg charge stops when it hits an enemy unit
Jugg charge now deals knockback (70% of cgiants attack)
Jugg charge damage buffed to 15(+2H)

Spears:
Damage to 11(+5L)
Aspeed 1.12 (9.82/14.28 DPS)
Block changed to 2+10%
Block reduces attack and movement speed by 20% (8.18/11.9 DPS)

Passives:
Speartons can no longer be stunned by juggs
Juggs ignore 50% of the spears block (deals 18 damage (10.125 DPS) instead of the 16 (9 DPS) it would do without this passive)
