First of all read the suggestion!!! If you don't agree with it fine but I don't care. I want something close to this to be in the final game okay.
It's a population increase upgrade
It's going to be a campaign exclusive
I read it, and it's literally the perfect upgrade for turtle
Do you know how unbalanced the game had to become so that turtle wouldn't be too powerful?
So what? Except you just going to wait and watch for the opponent to upgrade it, okay fine let me reduce it to level 2, at least that one won't be too opp.

Explain how it too op? I mean an upgrade that literally let you increase your army in the game. I did 200 you said no now 150 and you still say no men common it's not op. If want to speak of an upgrade that is op let's talk about both spiriton upgrade and dead upgrade. It's not op except you don't attack the enemy fast. Just like when you play against turtler and again you don't need the upgrade to defeat your enemy. You can still beat your opponent even if he has it and you don't have all you have to do is to strategies and be quick. I played against 3 turtlers and won them just by using the combination of swordwrath and Riprider and summoning spell. Just be quick and you will win easily.
That's the entire problem, it increases the population
No matter how much you rebalance this, this just can't be balanced
For a game like SE, it might have worked, but the sw3 deck system just can't allow such stuff

That's the problem, in sw3, not everyone will have it
This will make some decks just way too powerful in late game
For SE it might have worked since every player had early game, mid game and late game options, but in sw3, there's not a single deck that can be good in early game, mid game and late game
That's the point not everyone will have it just like not everyone will have turtler deck it is all about strategy and attacking quickly before your opponent population reaches 100 you should also reach 100 or else it's game over. I think this upgrade will be in the game, it has to be.
The population is a lot already, and 50% percent building time off?
Whether you like it or not.
100 extra population is enough for:
33 archidons
20 speartons
16 juggerknights
10 giants
14 magikill
That's is why I reduce it to level 2 to avoid breaking the game.

That's is not op except you allowed your opponent to summon all the Units and you don't have the upgrade.
If your opponent has a decent deck that can hold out against constant rush downs, you WILL eventually lose if you don't also have the pop upgrade
13500 total HP for 30 spears
12500 total HP for 25 juggs
21750 total HP for giants
You will be eventually overrun by enemies if you don't have the upgrade too
Rush your opponent so he will retreat.

Level 1:(250:coin: 250๐)
Increases your population to 125.
Upgrade time: 90 seconds.
Level 2:(500:coin: 500๐)
Increases your population to 150.
Upgrade time: 180 seconds
Still, 50 extra pop is a lot

No matter how hard you try, you can't make a balanced pop increase upgrade, at least not until the sw3 deck system is changed and the castle system gets readded
You can also use the deck as well.
If you don't want to use the deck then that is your own cup of tea โ

Okay if the card gets added to the game, what will you do? Stick war 3 is a strategy game is either you are on the offensive or defensive. If you are on offensive you use a deck that helps you win faster if you are on defensive you use a deck that will hold off your opponent attacks early and later time.
If this card gets added a lot of players will quit

Deck system that's like a mix of the SE system and sw3 deck system would probably be the most balanced deck system without sacrificing much or maybe even any of the freedom and creativity that sw3 decks have
You didn't answer the question, you said 8 is less so I asked how many should be in the game?
I don't know, but as long as it's more than 8 and is like a mix of SE and sw3 systems, then it'll work (probably)
