Ror tdead on insane has 337 HP and ror dead on insane has 90 HP
But tdeads should have 351 HP and deads should have 93 HP

This is what I see:
Toxic Dead + ROR:
225 + 20% = 270
=> +45
Insane mode Toxic Dead:
225 + 30% = 292,5
=> +67,5
So 225+45+67,5 = 337,5 HP

30%+20% with insane difficulty bonus and the dead gain 50% health increase
60+50%=90
Instead of increasing the health gained by the dead by a percentage with the 30% hp bonus, Ror stacks at once with the 30% hp bonus
Why does it happen like that?
Shouldn't it be like {health}+20% (the RoR bonus)+30% (difficulty modifier)?

The reason is unknown, but stacking them will result in a massive 50% health increase for the dead.
And imagine if they stacked it even more with HP cards from the campaign
i dont see how thats "unusual" for you. if a product in the store that is 20percent off gets an additional 20percent off they just do minus 40 from the original price. anything else gets too complicated. atleast if i understood you right
obviously in my example it gets subtracted but my arguement stays the same

Because RoR turns every unit except for crawlers into deads if the enemy unit is poisoned when it dies

Because they're summoned units and very squishy

It would be unbalanced
Minions have only 50 HP and if they turned to RoR deads then that'd make deadspam pretty much unstoppable and turn minions into an entire zombie apocalypse
U can’t turn spirit or summoned unit
